Faulty Goods
1. Goods must be returned within
the manufacturers warranty period ( normally 1 year )
2. In most situations, we will
need the entire product returned.
--- Please let us know if your
wish is to return only part of a product
Products with a manufacturers
warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.
TLC cannot accept liability for
consequential or indirect loss
If you require a replacement,
for goods supplied by TLC,
Please contact your
local branch
with:
1. The date
of purchase.
2. The invoice
number.
3. The product code
4. The reason
for the return.

Non
Faulty Goods
1. No goods will be accepted unless
in the original condition,
--- complete with original packaging.
Where appropriate, any manuals or user information documents
must be included.
2. Goods must be returned within
1 month of purchase.
3. Refunds for goods surplus to
requirements are entirely at the discretion of TLC.
4. We are unable to refund any
products which have been specially ordered.

must be notified to the Supplying Branch within 2 working
days.
