Faulty Goods 1.
Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period ( normally 1 year
) 2. In most situations, we will need the
entire product returned. --- Please let us know
if your wish is to return only part of a product 3.
We will refund the carriage costs if the goods prove to be faulty. Products
with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion.
TLC cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect
loss To
ensure replacement goods or refunds for goods supplied by TLC are processed
correctly please follow the
guidelines below:

Non Faulty
Goods 1. No goods will be accepted
unless in the original condition, --- complete
with original packaging. Including, where appropriate, any manuals or user information
documents. 2. Goods must be returned within
1 month of purchase. 3. Refunds for goods
surplus to requirements are entirely at the discretion of TLC. 4.
We are unable to refund any products which have been specially ordered. If
you wish to return goods supplied by TLC,
please follow the guidelines below:

/ Non delivery must be notified to the Supplying Branch within 5 working
days of placing an order or from receipt of an invoice. please
follow the guidelines below:
