If you place your order On line, it will be sent automatically to your local branch; alternatively you can place your order direct with the Branch (Addresses)
either by telephone or fax.

We will contact you by return to confirm that your goods are ready and waiting

Our local van delivery service is second to none, offering reliable NEXT WORKING DAY deliveries on most orders within the local branch area.

For most local deliveries there is no delivery charge.

on orders under £50.00 ex vat a small charge will be made
and delivery may be made by tracked mail or a carrier

Trade Counter / Local Van Delivery

for orders under £50.00 ex Vat payment must be made by Credit Card

for orders over £50.00 ex Vat payment can be made by Cash, Access, Switch, Visa, Company
or Personal Cheque ( with bankers card ) and Bankers Draft.

Instant Cheque Clearance -
TLC use the Transax cheque guarantee service, giving us the facility
to instantly clear cheques of any value.

Credit Card Payments / Fraud

Due to the high volume of credit card fraud, for your protection,
TLC have implemented a strict customer verification process,
Part of which is we will need to see your credit card,
when making a local van delivery.

For Trade Counter collections, we are unable to accept credit card payments over the internet or telephone. We will only be able to accept payment by the cardholder when collecting the goods in person on the Trade Counter.
