The quick and easy solution is to use one of the retrofit converter downlights.
This conversion kit contains a recessed downlight with an oversize bezel (140mm)
suitable for easy covering a 120mm diameter hole.

& R50, R64 Eyeballs
to modern Mains GU10 or LV lighting - GU10 & LV lampholders supplied

Transformer not included - 1 x GU10 Mains Voltage lampholder + 135mm lead
