- For customers who have either Zip Hydroboils or ZipHydro Taps that have accumulated scale buildup, a specialised tank exchange system is available. Zip engineers will remove the tank assembly and replace it with a clean assembly that has been through the Zip de-scaling programme.
- You set the unit to 3,000 litres. Then an indictor on the tap flashes to let the user the filter needs changing this is recommended at least once a year.
