Faulty Goods - Returning Goods - Short Delivery / Non Delivery

 

  Faulty Goods  

Faulty Goods

1. Goods must be returned within the manufacturers warranty period ( normally 1 year )

2. In most situations, we will need the entire product returned.
--- Please let us know if your wish is to return only part of a product

Products with a manufacturers warranty will be replaced, repaired or refunded at our discretion. TLC cannot accept liability for consequential or indirect loss

 

 

If you require a replacement,
for goods supplied by TLC,

Please contact your local branch with:

1. The date of purchase.

2. The invoice number.

3. The product code

4. The reason for the return.

Arrangements will be made to replace the goods or issue a refund

  Returning Goods  

Non Faulty Goods

1. No goods will be accepted unless in the original condition,
--- complete with original packaging. Including, where appropriate, any manuals or user information documents.

2. Goods must be returned within 1 month of purchase.

3. UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000
In law you have a separate right of cancellation during a "cooling off" period. If you wish to cancel an order for whatever reason, you have seven clear working days after delivery to let us know. We will refund you on return of goods.
You must return the goods to us at your own expense and take care of the goods whilst they are in your care including original manufacturers packaging.

Excluded are goods made or altered to the customer's specification (including cables cut to length)

We recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service to return goods.

Refunds for goods surplus to requirements after the "cooling off" period are entirely at the discretion of TLC.

4. We are unable to refund any products which have been specially ordered.

4. The reason for the return.

  Short Delivery / Non Delivery  

Any claims for Short delivery / Non delivery
must be notified to the Supplying Branch within 2 working days.

The Customer Services operators will investigate immediately any problems you may have encountered and will take the appropriate action to rectify the problem.
