The popular Series 222 commoning connector from WAGO is available in 2, 3 or 5 pole versions.
The beauty of the 222 series of connector is the simplicity and flexibility of connection.
The connector can accept Solid, Stranded and flexible conductors, no tools required.
Operating Instructions
Simply flip up the integrated orange lever to vertical position,
opening the CAGE CLAMP®, insert the stripped conductor, then return the lever to the horizontal position,
closing the CAGE CLAMP® to give a perfect gastight connection every time.

Connectors should be used within a suitable enclosure.
but can be installed in a cavity when installing backless equipment, such as a domestic style luminaire, ( it is possible for the enclosure to be formed or completed by the fitting or suitable material considered to be non-combustible) - There is no requirement to secure the terminal blocks providing the cables are glanded or secured outside the enclosures with clips/saddles.
