Click & Collect

We provide a FREE Click & Collect service. All you have to do is add the products you wish to order to your shopping basket. When you get to the checkout, you will have the option to select “Click & Collect” as a delivery option. You’ll then be able to choose a TLC branch to collect. Just select your local branch and place your order.

How will I know when my order is ready?

If you’ve given us your mobile number, we’ll send you a text message when your order is ready for collection.

We’ll also email you when your order is ready, confirming your chosen branch.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

We need to see your order number from your text message or email and proof of ID.

Which branch will my order go to?

When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a branch that’s convenient to you. The name of your chosen branch will appear in your email confirmation.

What time can I pick up my order?

We are receiving large volumes of orders at present. Please allow 2 hours before the collection of your order.

Please wait until you have received an email or text confirming your order is ready before attempting to collect. You can check the opening times of your chosen branch using the Branch Finder.

TLC branch staff will prepare orders for collection between Monday and Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

Where do I pick my order up in store?

Look for the “Counter” or “Trade Counter” sign at your chosen TLC branch.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

We’re happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you’ve nominated must present your order number and their ID.

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order in store for three days after your nominated collection time. If you don’t collect your order within three days, it will be cancelled, and the goods will be returned to stock unless otherwise notified.
