We operate a fully computerised stock management system throughout our 34 warehouses and now have over 17,000 product lines and hold over £10,000,000 in stock, so we can offer you a fast delivery on a huge range of products at discounted prices you'll find hard to beat.

We have carriers collecting throughout the day so within a very short time of you placing your order it will be on its way to you.

Place your carrier order before 3.30pm and within minutes, the order will be in our warehouse being processed for dispatch that day.

Tracking Your Order

We understand that our delivery service is a key part of the service we offer you. For our nationwide delivery service, we only work with the most professional carriers to ensure they can offer a reliable and dependable service.

Local van deliveries will be covered from our own fleet of 25 delivery vehicles and we aim to deliver all local van orders next working day.

For local van deliveries a delivery day will be supplied in advance of delivery with option to change the delivery day. For nationwide delivery, full tracking information is supplied.

Text message delivery information and delivery options are available with some carriers.

Bank Holidays

No deliveries will take place on Good Friday or bank holiday Mondays. Deliveries will resume from the day after a bank holiday.

Carriage Options

Carriage options will be offered to you during checkout and will be calculated according to:

  • Your delivery postcode
  • If your delivery address is located within a local van delivery area
  • The size and weight of your order

We charge carriage at cost price. The cheapest option for carriage will be offered first.

Express Carrier Delivery

Our fast, standard carrier service. Benefits include:

  • Text delivery service available (Parcelforce)
  • Advice of delivery within 90 minutes
  • Option to change delivery date
  • Option to leave goods at the Post Office
  • Day of despatch (email or SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered the following day.
  • Day of delivery (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered that day, providing the option to reschedule to an alternative day or opt for neighbour or a Post Office collection.
  • Pre-delivery notification (SMS) advising that the parcel will be delivered in the next 90 minutes.

Express Carrier Delivery FAQs

Can goods be left without a signature?

Our carriers will require a signature for delivery and cannot leave goods without a signature.

Can the carrier telephone me before making a delivery?

Sorry, but we currently are unable to telephone customers before or during a delivery.

Can a carrier deliver to more than one address?

We are not able to deliver to multiple addresses and will require a signature for delivery.

Can a carrier deliver at a pre-requested time?

Sorry, but there is no flexibility in the times a delivery can be made. Deliveries by our carriers are made between the hours of 9am–5.30pm, Monday–Friday. When TLC dispatch your order, you will receive an email informing you of the dispatch and tracking information for your order.

What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived or has missing/damaged items?

Any claims for non-delivery, missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported to TLC Customer Services within 3 days from dispatch of order.

Although we have the best will in the world, we cannot unfortunately offer a guarantee on these delivery times as we are relying on third parties to deliver your goods. Consistently over 95% of our despatches arrive within the stated time.
