We operate a fully computerised stock management system throughout our 36 warehouses. We now have over 18,000 product lines and hold over £10,000,000 in stock so that we can offer you fast delivery on a vast range of products at discounted prices you'll find it hard to beat.

We have carriers collecting throughout the day, so within a very short time of you placing your order, it will be on its way to you.

Place your order for delivery before 3:30 pm, and within minutes, the order will be in our warehouse being processed for dispatch that day.

Your order will be picked, checked and packed with care.

Delivery Information

Carriage options will be offered to you during checkout and are calculated according to:

  • Your delivery postcode.
  • Whether your delivery address is located within a local van delivery area.
  • The size and weight of your order.

We charge carriage at cost price, and we will offer the cheapest option for carriage first.

We offer delivery to most countries. Please visit the International Export page for further information.

These delivery estimates are given for orders placed before 3:30 pm.

A working day means any day except any Saturday, Sunday, or any day which is a bank holiday.

Local Van Delivery

Fast, reliable, next working day delivery. Please use our Branch Finder to find out if your postcode is eligible for local van delivery.

Our fleet of 36 delivery vehicles will cover local van deliveries from branches, and we aim to deliver all local van orders the next working day.

For local van deliveries, TLC will supply a delivery date in advance of delivery with the option to change the delivery day.

Royal Mail Tracked Delivery

For small orders (0–1 kg, £20 or less), we provide Royal Mail’s nationwide 3-5 working day tracked service.

UK Nationwide Delivery

Delivery estimates are based on standard parcel sizes. Please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery if your order contains long lengths, i.e. items over 1 metre in length.

Our fast, standard carrier service. DPD provides the following optional delivery services:

  • Text delivery service available (DPD).
  • Collect from your local DPD Pickup Shop
  • Change of delivery date.
  • Deliver to a safe place.
  • Deliver to an alternative address.
  • Upgrade delivery to before 10:30 am, before noon on a Saturday or Sunday.

We understand that our delivery service is a vital part of the service we offer you. We only work with the most professional carriers for our nationwide delivery service to ensure they can provide a reliable and dependable service.

Bank Holidays

No deliveries will take place on Good Friday or bank holiday Mondays. Deliveries will resume on the day after a bank holiday.

Carrier Delivery FAQs

Can the carrier telephone me before making a delivery?

Sorry, but we currently cannot telephone customers before or during delivery.

Can a carrier deliver to more than one address?

We are not able to deliver to multiple addresses, unfortunately.

What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived or has missing/damaged items?

Any claims for non-delivery, missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported to TLC Customer Services within three days from dispatch of an order.
