We operate a fully computerised stock management system throughout our 36 warehouses and now have over 17,000 product lines and hold over £10,000,000 in stock, so we can offer you a fast delivery on a huge range of products at discounted prices you'll find hard to beat.

We have carriers collecting throughout the day so within a very short time of you placing your order it will be on its way to you.

Place your carrier order before 3.30pm and within minutes, the order will be in our warehouse being processed for dispatch that day.

Tracking Your Order

We understand that our delivery service is a key part of the service we offer you. For our nationwide delivery service, we only work with the most professional carriers to ensure they can offer a reliable and dependable service.

Local van deliveries will be covered from our own fleet of 25 delivery vehicles and we aim to deliver all local van orders next working day.

For local van deliveries a delivery day will be supplied in advance of delivery with option to change the delivery day. For nationwide delivery, full tracking information is supplied.

Text message delivery information and delivery options are available with some carriers.

When Will I Receive My Order?

TLC have excellent stocks and staff levels at present.

We are dispatching orders as normal (as soon as they are received).

The majority of orders are being received within the quoted time frame, but some orders may be slightly delayed. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased mail-order demand and Carriers are doing their best to cope with the higher volumes of orders – we ask that you please be patient at this time. Thank you.

Bank Holidays

No deliveries will take place on Good Friday or bank holiday Mondays. Deliveries will resume from the day after a bank holiday.

Carriage Options

Carriage options will be offered to you during checkout and will be calculated according to:

  • Your delivery postcode
  • If your delivery address is located within a local van delivery area
  • The size and weight of your order

We charge carriage at cost price. The cheapest option for carriage will be offered first.

Carrier Delivery

Our fast, standard carrier service. DPD provides the following optional delivery services:

  • Text delivery service available (DPD).
  • Collect from your local DPD Pickup Shop — cancelled at this moment in time.
  • Change of delivery date.
  • Change of delivery date.
  • Deliver to a safe place.
  • Deliver to an alternative address.
  • Upgrade delivery to before 10:30am, before 12 noon, on a Saturday or Sunday.

Important DPD / Coronavirus Delivery Procedures

DPD have added a contact-free delivery process recognising that some people may be self-isolating, unwilling or unable to open the door to receive parcels.

At the point of delivery, DPD are no longer asking customers to sign their handheld units and instead, DPD drivers will sign it on their behalf.

DPD will record the consignees name and a 'Delivered on Authority' message in the signature section of the unit. With this new process, you will still get your full track and trace functionality, giving you complete visibilty of all your parcels.

DPD customers can now leave a note on their front door telling the DPD driver where to leave the parcel. The DPD driver will leave the goods and take a photo of where the goods have been left.

Important — Both TLC and all of our carriers are doing the best we can to provide a high level of service for our valued customers, but some delivery delays may be incurred due to reduced staff levels.

Carrier Delivery FAQs

Can the carrier telephone me before making a delivery?

Sorry, but we currently are unable to telephone customers before or during a delivery.

Can a carrier deliver to more than one address?

We are not able to deliver to multiple addresses unfortunately.

What should I do if my delivery hasn't arrived or has missing/damaged items?

Any claims for non-delivery, missing items or items damaged in transit must be reported to TLC Customer Services within 3 days from dispatch of order.
