Modern Slavery Act Transparency Statement

TLC Southern Ltd. is a Wholesale Electrical Distributor with numerous branches throughout the UK.

TLC Southern Ltd. is committed to ensuring no modern-day slavery or human trafficking is in our supply chains or any part of our business.

Our Anti-Slavery Policy Statement reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

The company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.

The Company Directors and Senior Management shall take responsibility for implementing this policy statement and its objectives and provide adequate resources (training, etc.) to ensure that slavery and human trafficking does not occur within the organisation or its supply chains. TLC will display the company's Anti-Slavery Policy in full in the Staff Handbook.

TLC Southern Ltd. has zero tolerance for slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains or any part of our business.

All new and existing employees are subjected to right-to-work checks to ensure that TLC Southern Ltd. does not employ illegal workers, thereby ensuring compliance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.

TLC Southern Ltd. has implemented an Anti-Slavery Policy that reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings.

Employees must immediately report any possible breach of the code of conduct to their Line Manager, Human Resources, or a senior management team member.

This policy applies to all those employed by TLC Southern Ltd.

The Directors will regularly review the policy to ensure its continuing suitability and relevance to the company activities.
