This collapsible weatherproof enclosure and 4 socket, 8 metre extension lead by Masterplug is the ideal solution for your outdoor electrical needs. With a collapsible structure and durable sides, it provides a compact, convenient solution when not in use.

The adjustable depth provides compatibility with in-line transformer plugs, timers and more, making it ideal for festive decorations, water features and inflatable spas. With an IP54 weatherproof rating, the quad layer seals cables at the entry and exit points, offering a solution for most weather conditions. Setup is simple with tool-free cable clamps and a self-locking lid, eliminating additional securing steps. A velcro strip inside keeps the extension lead neatly in place, enhancing organisation and safety.

For added convenience, the cable box is wall-mountable and lockable, offering extra security with the option to use a padlock.

The Weatherproof Box comprises a robust enclosure with various cable entry options, providing a safe & convenient wall-mounted housing for power supplies for outdoor equipment such as garden lighting, water features, Christmas decorations, etc. It is intended to be used with a multi-socket extension lead to suit the number of items of equipment needed - up to 4 way is recommended.

The unit provides ample space to house bulky transformers, plug-in timers & other on/off controllers. A length of self-adhesive hook & loop fastener material is provided to fix a multi-socket extension in the most convenient position. In addition, four internal mounting posts on the rear face may be used to mount a panel (not supplied) to suit other user equipment.

The enclosure is IP54 rated in use, which means that when the front cover is securely closed, the sealed construction provides a very high level of protection against the ingress of both water & dust. Access to the enclosure is by means of side hinged front cover which, for security reasons, can be secured by a padlock (not supplied).
