The PIR switches I have been ordering: DNWACEPIR

Are very good for use with LED kitchen cabinet lighting.
Most PIR switches will not work with the low load and transformers LED lighting uses.
These work very well - and do not trigger in daylight.
Perfect for the job.
Wall PIR Occupancy Switch
Detection zone: 120°
Wall Mounted PIR Switch

Direct replacements for existing wall switches.
Requires a Neutral wire.

It fits into a plaster depth (16mm) wall box.

PIR occupancy switch has a passive infra-red quad person detector.
This detects the movement of a warm body, moving within its detection zone.
When such a movement is detected the load is switched on.

There is an adjustable time lag function,
The time lag is the time that must elapse with no movement detected
before the PIR occupancy switch will switch off.

There is a built-in adjustable photocell override,
which can be used to keep lights off when there is sufficient daylight available.

The photocell can be set to inactive when controlling heating, ventilation or air conditioning.
  • Time lag range:
10 seconds to 40 minutes in 9 steps.
  • Photocell range:
100 to 1000 lux, and inactive.
  • Max Load:
1500W (6 amps) of any type of load (including fluorescent lights and fans)
  • Walk test
  • Detection zone: 120°
  • Surface or Flush Mounted
  • The WACE PIR occupancy switch contains a relay suitable for switching any type of load, including fluorescent lights and fans.
