The ADB9 range of RCBOs aids compliance with BS 7671 (latest edition), where additional protection by means of a 30mA RCD is required. Featuring a 2P switched neutral design and bi-directional functionality, is well adapted for micro-generation applications, where a Type A RCBO may be required.
Insulation resistance testing (IR test) can be carried out at 500V DC on the load side terminals with the device in the off position, without the need to disconnect the Line or Neutral conductors.
