How to Program the Sky+HD remote to operate a standard Sky+ box
Press the TV button on the remote.
Press and HOLD the Select and i (info) buttons TOGETHER until the red LED on the remote blinks twice.
Press the number 1 button.
Press the Select button.
Press the Sky button.
The Sky+HD remote will now operate the standard Sky+ box. - How to change the Sky+HD remote back to operate the Sky+HD box.
Press the TV button on the remote.
Press and HOLD the Select and I (info) buttons TOGETHER until the red LED on the remote blinks twice.
Press the number 2 button.
Press the Select button.
Press the Sky button.
It will now operate the Sky+HD box again
