Triton Satellite Mixers
Two mixing units are available,
one for low water pressure systems and one for high pressure water systems.
The low pressure unit incorporates two pumps to
ensure that you enjoy a powerful flow of water every time you take a shower.
The high pressure unit looks the same but is designed specifically
for water systems where the pressure is high, therefore negating the need for internal pumps.
- HP Suitable for Unvented HP Systems
- This system stores hot water under pressure in a large cylinder, which can usually be found in an airing cupboard or a garage. The expansion vessel on top of the cylinder and the absence of a cold water tank can identify this system. - A high pressure mixing unit should be used with this system.
- HP Suitable for Instantaneous Gas Heated Systems
- Commonly known as a combi boiler, this system heats up your water as soon as you turn the shower or hot tap on. A combi boiler is most often found in a kitchen. - A high pressure mixing unit should be used with this system.
- (Note: The warm up setting will not operate with a combi boiler)
