Emergency: generates emergency calls - commonly used in Care Homes.
Alert: generates standard call or an alert call by staff in order to call for assistance. Commonly used in Nursing Homes and Hospitals.
All call points offer two methods of Call Reset - which are selectable at installation;
Pushbutton reset or Magnetic Key reset - for use generally in Nursing Homes
to prevent patients or the caller cancelling their call.
