A single-piece self-extinguishing plastic semi-circular trunking
(or quarter-sphere version) having elastomer (plasticized-rubber)
hinged lid at one side and clip-in fastening facility at the other side,
available in a variety of contemporary finishes and available with a full
range of fast-fit male insert flush fitting accessories to
conceal and protect surface cabling or pipework.

- The unfashionable rectangular profile of conventional two-part white mini-trunking with dust-ledges and clip-over accessories that often drop off, cannot compare with the profile, style, and colour choice of D-Line which has been designed to suit contemporary décor.
- With it’s hinged lid, semi-circular or quarter sphere profile, choice of alternative finishes and flush-fitting accessories, D-Line adds value to give both installer and client distinct benefits.
- Installers find D-Line faster to fix. The single piece makes the product easier to handle. The open-backed accessories enable cabling to be done, or pipes fitted, so accessories can be simply retro-fitted to quickly finish an installation.

Safe and Secure for FIRE
Produced from high-temperature pliable steel with a non-corrosive finish.
20mm-wide side-tabs can be simply folded to provide a way of containing cables for
up to 2 hours in 930°C fire conditions (when secured by a non-combustible fixing).
Use Safe-D30 Clips in 25mm or 30mm PVC trunking bases, or in ceiling voids.
22mm base width x 8.5mm internal height when folded (187mm2 capacity).
Ideal for 2x 2.5mm Twin & Earth, 2x 1.5mm 2-core FP cables etc. 5mm diameter fixing hole in base.
- Recent changes to 17th Edition (s521.11.201) require that “Wiring systems in escape routes shall be supported such that they will not be liable to premature collapse in the event of fire.” This refers to ALL cables in public areas, and is effective from 1st July 2015.
- D-Line Safe-D Clips have all been fully tested and certified by Exova Warrington Fire confirming they can hold full cable loads for 2 hours in temperatures up to 930°C to satisfy BS5839 pt1.
