The EV consumer unit is an IP66-rated, exterior-use plastic enclosure. It provides a cost-effective alternative to metal units and is specifically designed for outdoor electric vehicle (EV) installations.
Supplied complete with:
1 x 40A 30mA Type A RCD
1 x 40A B Curve MCB
1 x Type 2 SPD
All internal cables, terminals, busbar and blanks
Designed with backed-out and retained terminal screws for easy installation, along with multiple drill-out cable entry points - two on each side, one on the rear, and three at the bottom. It also carries a Pollution Degree 3 certification for the installed devices, making it reliable in challenging conditions.
