This fan is a 4 inch (100mm) standard fan that is 12V Safety Extra Low Voltage (SELV)
supplied as a 'fan only' without a universal mounting kit.
With the SELV transformer being located outside the reach of any person using the shower or bath,
the fan has been specifically designed to be installed directly over the splash area, zone 1, with total safety.
The unit is suitable for wall or ceiling mounting.
All models are supplied with a 12V SELV transformer.
The LV100BHT conforms to Building Regulations relating to mechanical ventilation for toilets and bathrooms.

- The unit has a 'lubricated for life' motor with thermal cut-out protection
- The clip-on/clip-off front cover makes the unit extremely easy to clean
- Fan units are IPX5 rated
- BEAB approved
